Blog Tour & Giveaway: The Seventh Sun

I honestly don’t know how to start this review. In fact, I’m not even sure if my brain is properly working right now because guess what? I stayed until 5 AM to finish this book. I wanted to finish it so bad that I couldn’t even wait another day.

To be honest, I didn’t have high expectations for this. Sure, the premise sounded exciting. It’s not every day that you stumble upon a fantasy book based on the Aztec and Mayan legends. But the human sacrifice aspect of the plot reminded me of Gravemaidens and that was, unfortunately, a bit disappointing.

However, a few chapters in and I was hooked.

Blog Tour & Giveaway: The Geography of Lost Things by Jessica Brody

Hello everyone! I am sooo thrilled to be part of the tour organized by Fantastic Flying Book Club for this amazing book.

You know that feeling when you read the blurb and you think that you already know the story?

That’s the impression I had of this book. I thought this would be a light read, complete with all the cliches ever made for road trips and contemporary romance stories. But I was wrong. ABSOLUTELY wrong. Because this book was so, so much more than that.

Cover Reveal and Giveaway: When Stars Come Out by Scarlett St. Clair

Anora Silby can see the dead and turn spirits into gold coins, two things she would prefer to keep secret as she tries to lead a normal life at her new school. After all, she didn’t change her identity for nothing.

As it turns out, hiding her weirdness is just one of many challenges. By the end of her first day, she’s claimed the soul of a dead girl on campus and lost the coin. Turns out, the coin gives others the ability to steal souls, and when a classmate ends up dead, there’s no mistaking the murder weapon.

Blitz and Giveaway: Cutie Pies and Deadly Lies

“My name is Lottie Lemon and I see dead people. Okay, so I rarely see dead people, mostly I see creatures of the dearly departed variety, aka dead pets. And for some reason those sweet, fluffy albeit paranormal cuties always seem to act as a not-so-great harbinger of deadly things to come for their previous owner. So when I saw that sweet orange tabby twirling around my landlord’s ankles, I figured Merilee was in for trouble. Personally, I was hoping for a skinned knee—what I got was a top spot in an open homicide investigation. Throw in a hot judge and an ornery detective that oozes testosterone and that pretty much sums up my life right about now. Have I mentioned how cute that detective is?”
